Cynthia Handriani Wijaya, an experienced professional in sustainability and the circular economy, graduated as valedictorian at 19 with a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Accounting from Macquarie University, Sydney. She furthered her education with executive studies in Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies from Cambridge Business Judge School. Her work at Daya Selaras Group (DSG), a company with over 30 years of expertise in the paper and corrugated carton industry, reflects her strong commitment to climate-tech and the zero-waste movement.

In her role as Chief Corporate Officer at her family business, Cynthia leads DSG’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) division, where she has initiated several collaborative projects with the informal waste sector, recycling startups, and the Indonesian Packaging Recovery Organization. She also founded Eco Selaras (ECO-S), Indonesia’s first climate-tech hub, aimed at fostering collaboration within the ASEAN climate-tech industry.

At the APAC Family Office Investment Summit, Cynthia will discuss how capital can be effectively utilized to drive sustainable investments and address climate challenges. Her presentation will provide practical insights into the role of wealth management in promoting environmental sustainability.
