About Gary Hui

Gary Hui is a Senior Vice President at Wilshire, where he leads the Hong Kong office and contributes to the Alternatives Manager Research team. He oversees the origination, due diligence, and monitoring of investments across private markets, with a focus on primaries, secondaries, and co-investments.

Before joining Wilshire, Gary held leadership roles at PICC Asset Management Hong Kong and served as Investment Director at a prominent Chinese investment firm. His career spans fund investment, direct investment, and business development, making him a trusted voice in private markets.

Gary is a CFA charter holder and holds degrees in Business Management and Arts from The University of Queensland, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Accountancy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
