Jane Leong Jheng-Yi brings extensive expertise to the summit, as a next-gen member of her family business. Jane holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Finance from the University of Melbourne and a Masters in Applied Finance from Monash University. She further enhanced her leadership skills by completing the Accelerated Development Programme at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Since joining her family business in 2010, Mah Sing Group Berhad, a leading property developer in Malaysia, Jane has made significant contributions to the Group’s growth and sustainability initiatives. As the Director of Group Strategy & Operations, she plays a key role in driving strategic adoption and implementation of sustainability initiatives, which include ESG cloud data management and climate assessment. Jane also oversees Mah Sing’s CSR strategy through its strategic partner, Mah Sing Foundation, demonstrating her commitment to philanthropy.

Jane’s career at Mah Sing spans several key roles, including Business Development, Corporate & Investments, Human Resources, and philanthropy. Her leadership in these areas has been crucial to Mah Sing’s success in navigating the challenges of today’s dynamic business environment.
