Before leading her family’s investments, Sophie built a career in M&A and private equity at BNP Paribas Investment Bank and AXA Private Equity. She later joined Vietnam’s largest private conglomerate, Masan Group, where she expanded its footprint through external acquisitions. Her passion for creating a positive impact through business, particularly in the fields of energy, healthcare, and education, drives her current role overseeing investments across Asia.
